This is a nine month contract.
An internation organisation based in the heart of Watford are looking to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor with a CIPD qualification.
This is a responsible role where you will need to work independantly. You will offer advise to first line staff managers on disciplinary, performance, maternity, grievances, employment law etc issues.
Offer hands on involvement to resolve disputes, represent Employee Relations Manager at meetings etc, review and reommend amendments to compay police, offer a professional redundancy process where neccessary etc.
You will also negotiate with solicitors on occassion, negotiate relocation support and finance, negotiate with employees on a variety of issues, handle employment tribunal cases, advise on TUPE matters and effectively manage such issues as long term absence.
You will offer 1-2-1 counseling for individuals on long term absence and give ongoing support as needed, present at monthly company meetings in order to represent the HR dept, produce statistical information and a range of other duties as required.
Produce salary surveys and manage a range of company benefits, reviewing them on a regular basis.
